25. The Contractor shall comply with all laws and regulations relating to the employer/employee relationship, which shall be deemed to be the contractor as the employer and the worker. The Contractor undertakes to exempt the Enterprise from all losses, royalties and expenses it has incurred as a result of violations of law or regulation. Management decides on the additional number of workers to be hired to carry out the work at a given time and the same additional amount on a pro rata basis is paid to the contractor. The management also reserves the right to reduce the number of people at any given time by a clear announcement of seven days and, in this case, the amount of the contract will be reduced proportionally. 1. (3) After receiving information from the company that a ship has arrived and is moored at the wharf, the contractor shall transport the number of workers requested to the port at its own transportation costs. 2. The undertaking shall inform the contractor for at least eight days of the date on which the undertaking`s ship is expected to arrive in that port, and if the ship is moored in that port, it shall be expected to leave the port after loading the goods reserved for the undertaking for carriage. . . .
