5 2. Provide contributions to the program through deped discussions or workshops. 3. Give their expertise by making resident resource centres available to students. 4. Allow students to be deployed on the basis of the daily work programme of activities on the company`s various sections/departments/project sites. 5. Accept the required number of hours of the immersion program defined in the DEpEd SHS program. (see Appendix C and D) 6. Provide immersion opportunities for students for the school year (see Appendix C and Appendix D) 7. Give students guidance on the company, its activities and the work of its staff and expose them to the different players in the community in which THE ENTREPRISE works for students in order to gain a global understanding of their activity. 8. In the same way, ensure that students take course-related training and provide students with work or activities that are multiple and applicable to their field of study.
(9) make its employment and facilities available to students and, in the same way, takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of students in their fields of activity at all times, including, if necessary, the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), which cannot be limited to the latter. Ensure that students are exposed to non-hazardous substances and work environments for the duration of the immersion. 10. Assess student performance at the dive site by using the 11 assessment tool provided. Issue a graduation certificate to interns if they meet all program requirements satisfactorily. 12. Donate to DepEd for the completed Work Immersion Partnership. 13. Provide the secretariat of the adoptive school program with all relevant documents in support of the amount indicated/requested for the company`s application for tax exemption. III. EFFICACA This agreement is valid for the duration of the academic and renewable year each year.
THE ENTREPRISE and SCHOOL submit, upon request, their intention to extend this agreement within thirty (30) days before the expiry of this agreement.
